[Wheelpak Repair Policy]
Wheelpak Co., Ltd. keeps the following repair policy regarding exclusive characteristics of Wheelpak products.
First.
Repairing period is 10 days at the
longest.
Special sewing company is taking
the full charge for the need of sewing repair because of the
exclusive characteristic of Wheelpak product. Therefore, it
may take about 10 days for repairing. (Repairing for dead
stock products is exception – We are securing enough
materials of all manufactured products of Wheelpak; however
we separately suggest repairing period when there is
shortage of total stock from selling expiration.)
Second.
A/S period of Wheelpak products is 6
months.
Free repairing period of Wheelpak
products is 6 months.
Product exceeding 6
months will be charged for actual service fee.
Third. Repairing request of textile damage from customers’ carelessness may be unavailable.
